Blogging is a very interesting concept. It seems to be an excellent method of communication between those in like areas of employment and an efficient way to share useful information.
Though I understand the benefits, what is your opinion about how blogging may open up a window for complaints from disgruntled parents or co-workers?
Sometimes it's beneficial to hear complaints and deal with them in order to have better understanding between parties.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the comment above. I would think it would be more beneficial to use this type of blog for parents if they are not required to identify themselves. Some parents may not be outspoken enough to relay a question and this would give them a way to do so.
ReplyDeleteI also think that administrators could use this method to request information/comments about staff concerns. With this type of blog, I think staff would need to sign into the site and identify themselves. This would prevent unprofessional commentary.
